A cosmetic regimen and/or a nutrition regimen is outputted almost instantly to a user who transmits a digital colour image, preferably video, of the surface tissue, for example at the face of a human to a web site. The regimen is custom tailored to the surface tissue type of the subject. The surface tissue type is based on value ranges of multiple surface tissue bioparameters, such as surface tissue moisture, surface tissue collagen levels, surface tissue pH and surface tissue sun sensitivity. The system may track changes in the surface tissue parameters between one digital colour image provided by a user at one time and a further digital colour image provided later.
