PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to control the output of a cordless dental treatment instrument using a foot controller having a radio control signal transmitting function to thereby enable the operator to control the output of the cordless instrument by an accustomed foot operation without depending on an unaccustomed hand operation.SOLUTION: This dental treatment apparatus includes the foot controller 20 transmitting radio signals, and the cordless dental treatment instrument 30 driven by the radio signals from the foot controller 20. The instrument 30 has a sensor for detecting the instrument 30 to exist in the vicinity of the oral cavity of a patient.
