The present invention relates to decellularization of tissues for use in regenerative medicine. A tissue decellularization method according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a step of preparing a tissue as a subject to be decellularized； a first cell removal step of primarily applying a first decellularization solution containing a surfactant to the tissue in order to remove cells contained in the tissue； and a second cell removal step of secondarily applying a second decellularization solution containing DNase and RNase to the tissue that has undergone the first cell removal step in order to remove DNA and RNA contained in the tissue.본 발명은 재생 의료에서 사용되는 조직의 탈세포화를 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 조직의 탈세포화 방법은, 탈세포화 대상이 되는 조직을 준비하는 단계와, 상기 조직에 포함된 세포를 제거하기 위하여, 계면활성제를 포함하는 제 1 탈세포액으로 상기 조직을 1차로 처리하는 제 1 세포제거 단계와, 상기 제 1 세포제거 단계를 진행한 상기 조직에 포함된 DNA 및 RNA를 제거하기 위하여, DNA 분해효소 및 RNA 분해효소가 포함된 제 2 탈세포액으로 상기 조직을 2차로 처리하는 제 2 세포제거 단계；를 포함할 수 있다.
