The purpose of the notification is the production of latex cellulose agricultural material intended, in particular, to promote the growth and protection of crops, namely that jute fabric is covered by a mixture of high -level latex natural rubber with feathers. In birds, the coated jute fabric is dried until solid mass is obtained. Bird feathers with water shall be used,dried, crushed and thermostated at the temperature of mixing with latex. The mixture of latex and feathers shall be prepared by the addition of washed, dried, crushed and sterilised feathers of birds to the latex and the subsequent homogenisation of constituents or by the addition of deionised water to the latex and then washed, dried, or crushed and ground feathers of birds and subsequently homogenisation of the components.
