According to the present invention, a functional air purifier using a water film filter includes: a water tank which contains filtering solution including water in a state of having an air inlet at one side thereof and has a water film filter erected and extended from the bottom to a liquid level of the filtering solution with a plurality of fine holes penetrating therethrough； a connection chamber which is connected to the water film filter and provides an air flow path for guiding air passing through the water film filter to a sterilization chamber； a sterilization chamber which is divided into a plurality of spaces through a plurality of partition walls installed at intervals in the height direction in a state of being connected to one side of the connection chamber, and has an air flow path formed in one side of the partition wall, sterilization lamps installed in each space, and a discharge hole positioned at the top and penetrating one upper side of the space； and a fan which is formed at any one side between the connection chamber and the sterilization chamber.
