PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation for dialysis containing a solid organic acid but not containing acetic acid at all as the pH adjuster where glucose degradation is inhibited.SOLUTION: Provided is a solid preparation for dialysis comprising electrolytes, glucose and a pH adjuster, characterized in that a solid organic acid used as the pH adjuster contains less fine powder, more specifically, in the organic acid to be used, the percentage of particles of which diameter is 250 μm or less is 20% or less, or the percentage of particles of which diameter is 150 μm or less is 10% or less.
