PURPOSE: An intervertebral disc substitution prosthesis is provided to enable a cutting unit of left and right ends to be in a roll paper or a bellows shape and is able to be cut in a small size corresponding to the contracted tube type body size, thereby reducing the rejection of patients by reducing a scar size by the cutting unit after the completion of operation and obtaining the fast recovery speed of the patients.CONSTITUTION: An intervertebral disc substitution prosthesis is inserted into a intervertebral disc substitution space which is formed between the vertebrae and vertebrae. An intervertebral disc substitution prosthesis is comprised of the followings: a tube type body (110) which is inserted and arranged to an intervertebral disc substitution space through a cutting unit which exposes the intervertebral disc substitution space a charging filler which is filled inside the space of the tube type body through an injection nozzle (125) which is connected to an inlet port of the check valve type and a supporter (130) which is prepared to cover the whole external side of the tube type body which corresponds to the cutting unit and which supports the volume expended external side of the tube type body by filling up the charging filler.
