The present invention relates to an expanding type pressing bandage for hemostasis which comprises: an adhesive band unit； and a hemostatic pressurizing unit formed of a solvent storage unit which is attached to a part of an adhesive surface of the adhesive band unit to store a swelling solvent, and an expanding member which is located on the lower side of the solvent storage unit, wherein the expanding member expands through swelling, when the expanding member absorbs the swelling solvent stored inside the solvent storage unit. The present invention provides a pressing bandage which can easily obtain a hemostatic effect through hemostatic pressurizing with single pressurization, and can selectively increase hemostatic pressing force.본 발명은 지혈용 팽창형 압착 밴디지에 관한 것으로, 접착밴드부； 및 접착밴드부의 접착면 일부에 부착되어 팽윤 용매를 저장하는 용매 저장부와, 용매 저장부 하부에 배치되는 팽창부재로 구비된 지혈압박부를 포함하되, 팽창부재는 용매 저장부에 저장된 팽윤 용매가 흡수되는 경우, 팽윤되어 팽창하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
