There is provided a 177-Lu labelled peptide for site-specific targeting of the Urokinase Plasminogen Activator Receptor (uPAR) thereby enabling treatment of a cancer disease associated with high uPAR expression e.g. treatment of colorectal cancer by administering to a patient an effective amount of the 177-Lu labelled peptide.Linvention concerne un peptide marqué par 177-Lu pour le ciblage spécifique dun site du Récepteur Activateur du Plasminogène Urokinase (uPar), permettant ainsi le traitement dune maladie cancéreuse associée à une expression élevée duPAR par exemple le traitement du cancer colorectal par ladministration à un patient dune quantité efficace du peptide marqué par 177-Lu.
