A fluid dispenser transports a fluid and includes a PZT micropump, a drive-control module and an input-display unit. The PZT micropump has a body and plural actuators. The actuators are disposed at the body. The drive-control module is electrically connected with the PZT micropump and outputs a stable driving signal to make one of the actuators deform, and makes the body deform further to let the fluid is outputted stably by the PZT micropump. The input-display unit is electrically connected with the drive-control module and controls the drive-control module to output the driving signal according to the control parameters of user to control the PZT micropump.
