The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing chitosan nanoparticles. The chitosan nanoparticles have dsRNAst adhered onto the surface of the particles. The dsRNAst is selected to have the property to gene silencing of AgraChSII. The invention does also relate to the chitosan nanoparticle, its use in pest-control, as pesticide, and a concentrated suspension containing the chitosan nanoparticles.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de nanoparticules de chitosane. Les nanoparticules de chitosane présentent des ARN bicaténaires stabilisés liés sur la surface des particules. L'ARN bicaténaire stabilisé est sélectionné pour présenter la propriété de silençage génique du AgraChSII. L'invention concerne également la nanoparticule de chitosane, son utilisation dans la lutte contre les nuisibles, en tant que pesticide, et une suspension concentrée contenant les nanoparticules de chitosane.
