The present invention relates to a myotendinous junction compression bandage with an improved compression structure, configured to locally and continuously compress a painful area formed in the myotendinous junction of the elbow or the ankle or the like, thereby releasing tension at the myotendinous junction of the painful area. More specifically, the myotendinous junction compression bandage has an improved local compression portion, thereby elastically compressing and instantaneously compressing the myotendinous junction. The present invention comprises: a tightening pad covering the myotendinous junction； a tightening connection portion connecting both ends of the tightening pad to tighten the same and allowing the tightening pad formed in an annular shape to tighten the myotendinous junction； a fixing bracket in which the tightening pad is installed and of which a fastening portion is formed in an inner diameter； and a local compression portion fixed to the fixing bracket through fastening and locally compressing a painful area of the myotendinous junction tightened by the tightening pad.
