PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable adhesive bandage which mainly adheres to a medical instrument and a skin surface, specifically a stretchable adhesive bandage used for a medical field, a hygiene field or the like which is used in a bent region or a curved region, fixing the medical instrument (fixing a catheter or the like) and protecting an affected region from being easily exposed to water, or the like.SOLUTION: In a stretchable adhesive bandage, an adhesive layer and a release liner are successively laminated on a single surface of a fabric substrate and are wound into a roll (but, a stretchable adhesive bandage for fixing an intubation tube is excluded). When the release liner is removed from the stretchable adhesive bandage, the stretchable adhesive bandage has a width direction elongation at a constant load higher than a longitudinal direction elongation at the constant load, and has the longitudinal direction elongation of 22-42% under the load condition of 0.5 N/5 mm width.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】主として医療器具や皮膚面に貼り付けられる伸縮性粘着包帯に関するもので、詳しくは、医療分野や衛生分野などにおいて用いられる伸縮性粘着包帯であって、屈曲部や湾曲部、医療器具の固定(カテーテルの固定など)、水濡れしやすい患部の保護などに用いることができる伸縮性粘着包帯を提供するものである。【解決手段】布基材の片面に粘着剤層および剥離ライナーが順次積層され、ロール状に巻回されてなる伸縮性粘着包帯(但し、挿管チューブ固定用の伸縮性粘着包帯は除く)であって、剥離ライナーを剥離した粘着包帯は、幅方向の定荷重伸び率が長さ方向の定荷重伸び率よりも大きく、長さ方向の伸び率が0.5N/5mm幅の荷重条件下で22~42%である伸縮性粘着包帯である。【選択図】 なし
