More particularly, the present invention relates to a compound having a structure in which salicylic acid and a peptide are covalently linked, and an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, or anti-inflammatory composition containing the same. A compound having a structure in which the salicylic acid and a peptide are covalently linked to a pharmaceutical composition or a cosmetic composition for oxidation has a physiological activity such as an antibacterial action, an anti-inflammatory action, or an antioxidant action. It is not only excellent in water solubility, but also excellent in properties such as solubility in water, so that it is usefully used in various fields such as food, medicine, or cosmetics.
