The method for nanoencapsulating high concentrations of active ingredients and resulting products relates to a method for producing nanocapsules containing high concentrations of active ingredients, which are produced in the form of a dispersion in aqueous medium by means of a process of emulsification and diffusion of a modified solvent. The differentiating feature of said method is the use of a water-miscible cosolvent which, when added to the organic phase of the nanocapsule-generating process, modifies the mechanism of diffusion of the solvent mixture in the aqueous medium, forming nanocapsules in a quick and efficient manner and containing high concentrations of active ingredient, maintaining particle size on a scale of less than 1000 nm. The method comprises carrying out four consecutive processing steps that enable the generation of nanocapsules, said steps being: step a) solubilization of the active ingredients that will be nanoencapsulated in a mixture of solvent and cosolvent, called the organic phase; step b) pre-emulsification of the organic phase in a solution of water and emulsifiers; step c) diffusion of said pre-emulsion in an aqueous phase containing emulsifiers, and, finally, step d) distillation of the solvents. The present application therefore provides a method for nanoencapsulating high concentrations of active ingredients, which is based on a modification of the method of emulsification and diffusion of solvents, wherein said method includes the use of miscible and partially miscible solvents in a single formulation, and the product thereby produced. The products generated by said method can be in the form of a colloid dispersion in aqueous medium when the aqueous nanocapsule dispersion is subjected to a drying process, such as spray-drying, drying using a fluidized bed, filtering or centrifuging, wherein said capsules can be incorporated in gels, creams, liquid soaps, bars of soap and foams.L'invention concerne un procédé de nanoencapsulation
