PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood bag and a blood collecting device having a good operatability and capable of collecting blood (first flowing blood) in a good condition when collecting blood (collecting first flowing blood).
SOLUTION: The first flowing blood bag 20 has a bag body 21 with a bag shape for storing first flowing blood, a blood inlet port 24 arranged in one end side of the bag body 21 and introducing the first flowing blood into the bag body 21, a blood outlet port 96 arranged the other end side of the bag body 21 and collecting the first flow blood stored in the bag body 21, a sampling port 71 in communication with the blood outlet port 96 and to which a blood collecting tube is connected, and a coupling member 41 coupling the sampling port 71 and the blood inlet port 24 in the condition that the sampling port 71 faces a direction other than a vertical lower side.
