The present inventors have found to suppress stabilizers and stabilization conditions the isomerization reaction sc (Fv) 2. In other words, by applying the freeze-dried formulation or stabilizing and stabilization conditions were found, the bivalent scFv-type sc of (Fv) 2-type molecules isomerization reaction of the single chain diabody type, and / or , and revealed that suppressing the isomerization reaction of the one-way or both the isomerization reaction to form the bivalent scFv single chain diabody type is possible.本発明者らは、 sc(Fv)2の異性化反応を抑制する安定化剤・安定化条件を見出した。また、凍結乾燥製剤化することで上記異性化反応を抑制できることを見出した。すなわち、見出された安定化剤・安定化条件、または凍結乾燥製剤化を適用することで、sc(Fv)2型分子のbivalent scFv型からsingle chain diabody型への異性化反応、および/あるいは、single chain diabody型からbivalent scFv型への異性化反応の両方向あるいは一方向の異性化反応を抑制することが可能であることを明らかにした。
