The present invention relates to methods and compositions for the treatmentand prevention of diarrhea and diarrhealrelated diseases and disorders in both animals and humans. In someembodiments, the invention relates to the treatment ofsaid diarrhea and diarrheal related diseases and disorders with a vaccine. Instill further embodiments, the invention relates to thetreatment of constipation using the disclosed methods and compositions.
