The system comprises: a bio-impedance measuring device to probe two parts of a body to extract phase angle information； a walk information measuring device to extract musculoskeletal vertical and horizontal balance information through walk analysis； a body analyzing device to compare state information of the body with measurement information and information on a reference table and to analyze the state information of the body； an exercise guide device to match predetermined exercise guide information with analysis information to generate personalized exercise guide information according to a body state of a corresponding user； and a user guide means to provide the user with the exercise guide information.
