When the compartment is placed in an interior of the outer shell, the compartment engages with the insert through a first detent element on the insert, and a second detent element on the compartment, the first detent element and second detent element forming a detent arrangement. To release the detent arrangement and gain access to the pharmaceutical packaging, a user must exert a force on release sections of the outer shell. The actuation of the release sections disengage the detent arrangement and allow the user to access the compartment.
