A post driver and post extractor rolled into one single apparatus with no external add ons or substractions where the driving handle, supported on a central tubular barrel, swings out and rotates around from a driving position to a post extracting position to form the extractor with a post grip clamp attached to one end of the handle the driving handle then rotates and swings back into the driving position and closes under tension to become a driving device.
