The development of consciousness in students of out-of-school educational institution is based on three individually oriented programs: preparative, initial and ground. The preparative program uses lectures and discussions to give the students slight of the basic knowledge of morality, the initial program - of their acquisition, and the ground program - of reinforcement and confirmation as life rules. Each program consists of five units. A diagnostic unit involves identification of childs personality traits. An attitudinal unit provides creating an atmosphere of confidence, empathy and involvement. The information unit involves the lectures, promotes higher motivation for self-improvement and an interest for psychotherapeutic sessions. The correction unit involves creating the conditions for unconscious to conscious emotion transformation, development and formation of a role position in obtaining breakthrough in knowledge acquisition. An assessment unit involves finding the changes in the emotional and psychological status, a degree of acquisition and obtaining the emotional response skills, the nerve-psychic stability, Program transition is performed when the desired results have been successfully achieved by the student.EFFECT: method provides the effective development of consciousness in the students ensured by following the sequential, complex, individual, differential, system-structured, functional, comprehensive and integral approaches describing a technical strategy of correction and comprising a single system complex of psychological and psychotherapeutic influence.1 exИзобретение относится к области педагогики и психологии.
