A speed controllable medical driver for automatically drawing a medical optical fiber using a driving motor comprises: at least one guide rail on which the medical optical fiber is placed and conveyed； at least one driving roller installed in parallel with the guide rail in a conveyance direction of the medical optical fiber, and rotating by rotary force of the driving motor to convey the medical optical fiber； a cover for covering an upper portion of a drawing apparatus； at least one driven roller rotating above the driving roller while engaged with the rotation of the driving roller； and a roller support plate having both ends connected with the cover by supports to be movable up and down below the cover, and fixing a rotation shaft of the at least one driven roller.
