PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forceps for an endoscopic operation, which can be easily operated even when closing a treatment part.SOLUTION: The forceps 1 for the endoscopic operation include: a pair of arm-like members 4a and 4b that are crossed with each other, are pivoted and are freely turnable to a shaft 3 and a cam rod 5. The arm-like members 4a and 4b include: treatment parts 6a and 6b provided on distal end parts outer surface cam parts 7a and 7b provided on rear end parts and inner surface cam parts 8a and 8b. The cam rod 5 includes: a first pin 9 abutting on the outer surface cam parts 7a and 7b and a second pin 10 abutting on the inner surface cam parts 8a and 8b.
