It regards the balloon catheter (10) inside the blood vessel which possesses the super soft tip/chip. This catheter, paralleling to the long shaku condition shaft (60), has the reinforcement component (70) which almost extends. The balloon (50) is arranged in the point of the long shaku condition shaft.
