The present invention relates to a surgical device for maintaining the head or the jaw of the patient in a specific posture as a device for fixing a posture of a patient in a general anesthesia or sedation state. A patient fixation guard according to the present invention comprises a base which is formed to receive the head of the patient； a pair of supports which is positioned at both sides of the base； and a pair of lower jawbone arms which is coupled to each of the supports and in contact with the jaw of the patient.
