The present invention relates to vegetable garden culturing artificial soil including a microbial formulation for activating urban agriculture, and to a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a microbial formulation including a Streptomyces sp. DAEJI-11 strain having excellent antagonistic ability with respect to plant pathogenic fungi isolated from ginseng field soil； vegetable garden culturing artificial soil including the same； a method for producing the same； and a method for activating urban agriculture by promoting the growth of a plant by using the vegetable garden culturing artificial soil. The vegetable garden culturing artificial soil including such a microbial formulation changes physiochemical properties to be suitable to the growth of a plant, and promotes the growth of a plant. Also, the soil inhibits plant pathogenic fungi.본 발명은 도시농업 활성화를 위해 미생물제제를 포함하는 텃밭재배용 인공토 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 인삼밭 토양에서 분리한 식물 병원성 곰팡이에 대해 길항능력이 우수한 스트렙토마이세스 속 DAEJI-11 (Streptomyces sp. DAEJI-11) 균주를 포함하는 미생물제제, 이를 포함하는 텃밭재배용 인공토 및 이의 제조방법, 그리고 텃밭재배용 인공토를 이용하여 식물의 생육을 촉진함으로써 도시농업을 활성화하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 미생물제제를 포함하는 텃밭재배용 인공토는 식물 생육에 적합하도록 물리화학적 특성을 변화시켜 식물의 생육을 촉진하고 또한 식물 병원성 곰팡이를 억제하는 효과를 나타낸다.
