PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of presenting candidates of observations by taking the number of times or the frequency of inputting respective observations into consideration in a screen where a candidate of an observer can be selected.SOLUTION: A screen where candidates of observations can be selected is displayed, and inputs of observations are received by selecting some of the displayed candidates of observations. The number of times or the frequency of receiving inputs of respective observations is stored, and an order of displaying the candidates of observations is determined on the basis of the stored number of times or frequency.
