Provided is an intraocular lens insertion tool 1 for inserting an intraocular lens 7 that has an optical unit 8 and a pair of support parts 9a, 9b into an eye, wherein the intraocular lens insertion tool 1 is provided with an insertion tool body 2 provided with a lens arrangement part 6 on which the intraocular lens 7 is arranged, an extrusion member 5 moving along the central-axis direction of the insertion tool body 2 to thereby extrude the intraocular lens 7 from the lens arrangement part 6, and a guide slope 11 for guiding the movement of the extrusion member 5 when the extrusion member 5 moves along the central-axis direction of the insertion tool body 2. When the extrusion member 5 moves along the central-axis direction of the insertion tool body 2, the distal-end part of the extrusion member 5 comes into contact with the support part 9b of the intraocular lens 7 and comes into contact with the optical unit 8 while pressing against the support part 9b. The guide slope 11 guides the distal-end part of the extrusion member 5 such that the distal-end part is displaced along the vertical direction.
