The present invention relates to a method for discriminating organic ginseng from conventional ginseng cultivated using a pesticide and a chemical fertilizer, by using an organic acid as a biomarker. Specifically, the present invention provides a method for discriminating organic ginseng by measuring and comparing the content of isocitric acid among organic acids, which allows to discriminate organic ginseng quickly and simply compared to existing discrimination methods, in which various types of pesticide residues and chemical fertilizers all need to be examined in order to discriminate organic ginseng.本發明係關於一種藉由使用有機酸作為生物標誌物以鑑別使用農藥及化學肥料之普通栽種人參及有機人參之方法。具體地,本發明提供一種藉由測定及比較有機酸中異檸檬酸之含量鑑別有機人參之方法,其相較於現存鑑別方法能快速簡單地鑑別出有機人參,其中為了鑑別有機人參全部各種類型之農藥殘留及化學肥料都必須被測定。
