An electrode-cathode is placed horizontally to the depth of the root system； grounded conductive mesh with holes for the stems of plants is applied to the soil surface. On a grounded conductive mesh a layer of soil is placed, rising above the grounded conductive mesh over the entire surface of the soil, except for nearwellbore part of plants, to a height which is 5-20 times less than the distance in height from the electrode-cathode to the grounded conductive mesh. A conductive mesh electrode-anode is applied on the layer of soil rising above a grounded conductive mesh. At the cathode and the anode direct current voltage is applied sufficient to create in the interelectrode space of the electric field of magnitude of 50-500 V / m.
