PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical system for an eye with a femtosecond laser in which a laser focus depth range can be applied to surgery of the lens of the eye.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser system 1 includes a laser source 100 to generate a pulsed laser beam, an XY scanner 300 to receive the pulsed laser beam and output an XY-scanning beam, scanned in two directions essentially transverse to an optical axis, and a multi-functional Z scanner 450 to receive the XY-scanning beam, output an XYZ-scanning beam, having a numerical aperture NA and a focal spot in a target region, and modify the numerical aperture NA essentially independently of scanning a Z focal depth of the focal spot along the optical axis.【課題】フェムト秒レーザによる眼部の手術システムにおいて、レーザフォーカスの深度範囲を眼の水晶体に対する手術に適用可能とする。【解決手段】眼科用レーザシステム１は、パルスレーザビームを生成するレーザ光源１００と、パルスレーザビームを受け取り、光軸を実質的に横断する２つの方向に走査されたＸＹ走査ビームを出射するＸＹスキャナ３００と、ＸＹ走査ビームを受け取り、開口数ＮＡ及び標的領域内の焦点を有するＸＹＺ走査ビームを出射し、光軸に沿った焦点のＺ焦点深度の走査から実質的に独立して、開口数ＮＡを変更する多機能Ｚスキャナ４５０とを備える。【選択図】図１
