PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter guide and a catheter kit capable of preventing adhesion of germs in an oral cavity to a catheter, and capable of improving the productivity and workability by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A catheter guide 100 includes a tubular body 1 formed in a tubular shape so as to pass through a stoma bored on an abdominal wall. A catheter having a deformable stopper provided so as not to pass through the stoma is inserted into the tubular body 1. A window 4 as a stopper escaping part is formed on an opening 2h (an insertion hole for the stopper) side of a guide component 2 in the tubular body 1. With this structure, when the stopper of the catheter passes through the tubular body 1, a part of the stopper is once escaped out of a body wall base surface 1BS of the tubular body 1, then the stopper is deformed in such a way as folded inward into the tubular body 1 thereafter.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】カテーテルに口腔内の細菌が付着してしまうことを防止することができ、簡便な構造で生産性及び作業性を高めることが可能なカテーテルガイド及びカテーテルキットを提供する。【解決手段】カテーテルガイド100は、腹壁に穿設された瘻孔を貫通可能な管状をなし、且つ、その瘻孔を貫通不能に設けられた変形可能なストッパを有するカテーテルが挿通される筒状胴部1を備えている。この筒状胴部1におけるガイド部品2の開口2h(ストッパの挿入口)側には、ストッパ逸出部としての窓部4が形成されている。これにより、カテーテルのストッパが筒状胴部1を通過するとき、ストッパの一部が、筒状胴部1の胴壁基面1BSよりも外側に一旦逸出した後、ストッパが筒状胴部1内に折り畳まれるように変形する。【選択図】図9
