PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus capable of reducing harmful reflection light at the anterior eye part (lens, cornea) of an eye to be examined even when the fundus of the eye to be examined is photographed in various photographing modes and acquiring excellent fundus images.
SOLUTION: Light shielding members 71 provided between a light source 14 for photographing and a perforated mirror 21 and a sunspot plate 18 are arranged at a position conjugate to the cornea. The light shielding member 71 comprises a light shielding part and a non-reflective support part for supporting the light shielding part, and the light source for photographing has a ring-like or U-shaped light emitting part having a light non-emitting part at a part thereof. Since the support part of the light shielding member 71 is image-formed at the almost same cornea position as the light non-emitting part of the photographing light source 14, even when the photographing light source 14 emits light, the edge of the support part does not become a secondary light source to shine brightly. Thus, a harmful center image by reflection at an objective lens by the secondary light source becomes the image of the photographing light source 14 and the image of the light shielding part that are slightly bright as a whole, there is no locally bright part, and the quality of the fundus images to be photographed is improved.
