The invention provides a composition comprising a combination of lipidated tissue factor and thrombin, wherein the amount of thrombin is comprised from 1 to 30 IU per gram of composition, and the amount of lipidated tissue factor is comprised from 5 to150 ng per gram of composition. The present invention also provides pharmaceutical or veterinary compositions as well as hemostatic compositions. The compositions of the invention are useful in the treatment of hemorrhages.La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant une combinaison de facteur tissulaire lipidé et de thrombine, la quantité de thrombine étant comprise dans la plage allant de 1 à 30 UI par gramme de la composition, et la quantité de facteur tissulaire lipidé étant comprise dans la plage allant de 5 à 150 ng par gramme de la composition. La présente invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques ou vétérinaires ainsi que des compositions hémostatiques. Les compositions de linvention sont utiles dans le traitement dhémorragies.
