According to the present invention, disclosed is an insect trap, using an ultraviolet (UV) light emitting diode (LED), so as to improve an insect trapping efficiency. According to the present invention, the insect trap comprises: a main body having an opening hole exposing the inside to the outside an UV LED lamp including a UV LED emitting UV, a substrate mounting the UV LED on a surface thereof, a base forming a reception space to receive the substrate, and a pair of electrode pins protruding on the base to be electrically connected to the substrate and arranged along an emission direction of the UV of the UV LED lamp an installation part including an installation plate installed inside the main body, and a socket combined with the installation plate and fixating the electrode pins in the installation plate in order to install the UV LED lamp inside the main body and a trapping part installed in the main body in order to be adjacent to the UV LED lamp. The electrode pins are inserted into the socket in an insertion state, and then a position of the electrode pins is changed into a connection state by rotation in one or the other direction of the UV LED lamp, so the electrode pins are fixated in the socket.
