The present disclosure provides a femoral component (31) having an anterior flange (36) and a condyle (40, 42) opposite the anterior flange. The condyle can be augmented by a femoral posterior augment (70). The femoral posterior augment is securable to the condyle by a fastener (90, 140) which is actuated to a securement position by a rotatable driver (100) which does not contact the anterior flange through rotation of the driver sufficient to actuate the fastener to secure the femoral augment to the condyle.La présente invention concerne un composant fémoral (31) ayant une bride antérieure (36) et un condyle (40, 42) opposé à la bride antérieure.
