A feed which has a stronger effect of increasing the body weight of an organism to be raised than a conventional product, a production method thereof and a raising method using the feed are provided.A feed containing fermented blackcurrant fruit is used. As the blackcurrant fruit, for example, pomace which remains after pressing for juice can be used, and fermented blackcurrant obtained using an Aspergillus species can be used preferably.
