PURPOSE: A spot-seeding type sowing machine is provided to prevent an empty-sowing due to a blocked guide hole, to prevent deceleration of one-time supply quantity by removing foreign substances including bits of straw, thereby spot-seeding rice seeds with a correct amount. CONSTITUTION: A spot-seeding type sowing machine comprises: a supply hopper(110) for providing rice seeds to the lower part； a supply block(120) for checking the discharge of rice seeds by being connected to the lower part of the supply hopper； a supply hole(130) for discharging fixed amount of rice seeds by being connected to the supply block； a control assembly(140) for adjusting the discharging amount of rice seeds by being connected to the supply hole； a guide hole(150) installed at the lower side of the supply block, and having a main guide piece inside which is installed at a tilt； a spot-seeding control hole(160) installed outside the guide hole, which spot-seeds the rice seeds collected in a spot； a fan for collecting the rice seeds in a spot by blowing the air in the lower direction inside the guide hole； and a spot-seeding setting hole(180) for covering up the rice seeds with soil by being combined to the bottom end of the guide hole.
