PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility in which energy-saving air-conditioning can be carried out for producing high value-added agricultural products.SOLUTION: A foundation part is configured from a foundation insulator 1 and an earthen floor concrete 2. Insulator walls 4, 7 with openable adiabatic doors 3, 8 at the north and south are provided. On a light and heat collecting roof surface, an air insulation layer is provided comprising a special sheet 6 having thermal insulation, wind resistance and snow resistance function, and multiple layers of heat insulating glass 10 or insulation vinyl inflated with a blower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】付加価値の高い農産物をつくるために、省エネで冷暖房の出来る施設を提供する。【解決手段】基礎断熱１と土間コンクリート２で、基礎部分を構成し、南北に開閉式断熱扉３，８のついた断熱壁４，７を設け、採光・採熱する屋根面には、遮熱、耐風、耐雪機能を持った特殊シート６と、多層の断熱ガラス１０や送風機で断熱ビニールを膨らませた空気断熱層とする。【選択図】図１
