A method for the tight jejunostomy provides for the midline laparotomy. At the top of the intestinal loop, in length, at the distance of lower than Treitz ligament the purse-string serous-muscular suture is applied. In the middle of the suture, the intestine is opened. Through the opening, Foley catheter-balloon is inserted to the efferent segment of the intestinal loop at the depth of . The balloon is then inflated until its sufficient fixation to the intestinal mucosa. The purse-string suture is tied up around the catheter without cutting the ends of purse-string. The ends are used for applying other purse-string suture. Then the catheter is invaginated into the intestine together with the first row of the sutures. The second purse-string suture is also tied up around the catheter without cutting the ends of purse-string. Then at the distance of 8- from the end of the catheter palpated through the intestinal wall, the intestinal anastomosis 2.5- in length is fashioned between afferent and efferent segments. Above this anastomosis, in the middle of the axis of the afferent segment, the ligature plug is applied. The plug is then covered with the serous-muscular sutures. Through the additional incision of the abdominal wall, the catheter is exteriorized on the right of the laparotomic wound. The intestine is pulled up until the contact with peritoneum. The intestine is sutured circularly to the abdominal wall encompassing peritoneum, the edges of aponeurosis and skin. The catheter is attached to the skin with uncut ends of the second purse-string suture.Способ герметичной еюностомии выполняют путем проведения срединной лапаротомии.
