PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable ultrasonic diagnostic device capable of switching a function of a display casing according to separation of the display casing from a main unit casing or coupling thereto, wherein the display casing including a display panel and the main unit casing including a control panel are configured independently of each other.SOLUTION: A portable ultrasonic diagnostic device includes: a display casing 10 including a display panel 11 for displaying image information； and a main unit casing 20 including a control panel 21 to be operated by an operator. The display casing 10 and the main unit casing 20 can be separated from each other, so that when they are coupled, the display panel 11 displays image information based on an ultrasonic wave obtained in real time through an ultrasonic probe 50, and when they are separated, the display panel 11 displays image information using data stored in a memory part 341 provided in the display casing 10.
