Disclosed is a gear peeling and planing machine, comprising a roller, a platform (8) and a planer tool (7). A roller face of the roller is provided with an elastic layer (11) and tooth blades (4). A material opening wall board (5) is of a gradually opening bending face. The platform and the planer tool are arranged at a tail end of a material opening. After materials enter from the material opening, the tooth blades pierce the materials and roll the materials in and push same to the rear. The materials are rolled by the platform, the elastic layer and the roller face and thus reach a flat and straight state. The materials in the flat and straight state are peeled and planed into two parts when passing through the planer tool. Release of elastic repulsion of the elastic layer or a spring after peeling and planing prevents the materials from getting stuck between the tooth blades. The materials are respectively discharged from two outlets, thus continuously carrying out the machining process. The gear peeling a
