The present invention relates to a microneedle device which can uniformly maintain the concentration of drugs administered in vivo for a long time or can control the quantity of drugs administered in vivo correspondingly to the drug administration pattern of a patient even though the cross section area of an in vivo inserted microneedle is reduced. Moreover, the microneedle device can simultaneously administer different drugs in vivo. According to the present invention, the microneedle device includes: a substrate and a microneedle that is supported on the substrate and penetrates through the skin or through a cornified layer so as to facilitate transdermal delivery of a treating agent in the skin.
