The invention provides a training machine to present a target for a trainee to watch. The view of the trainee is later blocked. After a specific time, the trainee is prompted to execute an instruction associated with the target. The stability of the trainee is evaluated and trained based on the completeness of the execution of the instruction. In addition, the invention can generate a base of measuring the electrical physiological signals based on the trainee feedback to the instruction during the measurement of some electrical physiological signals (e.g., brain wave).本發明係提供一訓練機顯示標的物供受訓者注視,而後阻卻受訓者注視標的物的視線,經過特定時間後再提示受訓者執行與標的物相關的指令動作;藉由受訓者執行指令動作的完成度,達到評測與訓練受訓者定力之目的;另,本發明可在量測如腦波等電生理訊號時,以受訓者回饋指令動作,作為量測電生理訊號的基準。
