A method of diagnosing a subjects percentage of probability of retrieval of oocytes based on an age of the subject by selecting the percentage that matches the subjects AMR level in accord with plotted curves for retrieval of ≥1, ≥2, ≥3, ≥4 and ≥5 oocytes and administering AMR to the subject, as warranted, to increase the AMR level to attain a desired percentage of probability of retrieval of oocytes based upon the age of the subject and in accord with a matching percentage for the increased AMR level from plotted curves for retrieval of ≥1, ≥2, ≥3, ≥4 and ≥5 oocytes.
