The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a food composition containing a Glycine soja seed extract for preventing or treating blood diseases, and a method for controlling platelet aggregation by using the Glycine soja seed extract. The Glycine soja seed extract can remove platelet aggregation or prevent the generation of platelet aggregation under the condition of in vitro and in vivo； and controls the aggregation under the condition of in vitro； therefore, the present invention can be used for manufacturing a transplanting material as well as preventing or treating various diseases originated from blood clots.본 발명은 돌콩 추출물을 포함하는 혈전성 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물 및 식품 조성물, 및 돌콩 추출물을 이용하여 혈소판 응집을 조절하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 돌콩 추출물은 invitro 뿐만 아니라 invivo 조건에서도 혈소판 응집으로 인하여 생성되는 혈전의 발생을 예방하거나 또는 발생된 혈전을 제거할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, invitro 조건에서 혈소판 또는 이로부터 유래된 응집성분의 응집을 조절할 수 있으므로, 혈전에 의하여 유발되는 다양한 질환의 예방 또는 치료는 물론, 생체 적합성이 우수한 이식물의 제조에도 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
