The present invention pertains to an adhesive sheet for teeth which is highly safe and with which an excellent tooth whitening effect and tooth brightening effect can be realized by a simple procedure of simply adhering the sheet to the teeth. The adhesive sheet for teeth has the following: a layer (A) the pH of which when dissolved in water is 6.6 to 10.5and a layer (B) which has a pH of 3.5 to 6.5 when dissolved in water and comprises one or more components (b) selected from phytic acid, hexametaphosphoric acid, and organic acids having a pKa of 4.5 to 7.0 at 25 C, and salts of those components.本發明係關於一種具有較高之安全性且可藉由僅貼附於牙齒之簡易方法而獲得優異之牙之美白效果及牙之光澤效果的牙齒用貼片。本發明之牙齒用貼片具有:層(A),其於溶解於水中時之pH值成為6.6以上且10.5以下;以及層(B),其含有選自植酸、六偏磷酸、25℃下之pKa為4.5~7.0之有機酸及該等之鹽中之1種或2種以上之成分(b),且溶解於水中時之pH值成為3.5以上且6.5以下。
