PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen load of users eyes during the region specifying operation which specifies an object region for luminance reducing processing in a photographed image.SOLUTION: When luminance reducing processing (blackening processing) is conducted for a photographed image 41, the operation for specifying a region as an object region is performed. The region specifying operation is performed by inputting a region specifying point while the photographed image 41 is confirmed. In starting the region specifying operation, luminance restraint processing is conducted for the whole screen of the photographed image 41.
