PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water heating device capable of appropriately controlling a temperature after heating a heating-object hot water by a heat exchanger, while simplifying a whole structure and reducing the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A hot water heating device B including a heat exchanger 3 that heats heating-object hot water by heat exchange between the heating-object hot water and heating hot water flowing in first and second hot water flow passages 1 and 2 respectively, includes a temperature regulating valve V.
